Exploring how design might cultivate empowerment in the workplace by supporting work–life balance, fostering professional development, and integrating health and wellness into daily routines, this project focuses on developing a solution to enable productivity and minimize distraction. Through research, speculation, and creative experimentation, this project answers the question:

How might we feel empowered in the workplace?

A game for workspace relationship building


SyncSnack is an interactive snack dispenser that turns treat time into connection time. Two people play a game of Would You Rather? together, but here's the catch: you both need to pick the same answer to get the snack. Match your choices, and you're rewarded! Choose differently, and you'll need to try again.


Designed for the workplace, this playful device sparks connection in a fun, effortless way. Whether you're welcoming new hires, brightening up the break room, or planning a team-building session, it fits right in.
